Welcome to Mobile Mecha. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
This is a starter terms of service template. It provides a general framework and should be reviewed by a legal professional before use.
1. Services
Mobile Mecha provides mobile auto repair and maintenance services in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding metro area. All services are performed by trained, insured professionals using quality parts and equipment.
2. Estimates and Pricing
We provide upfront estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or requested during the service. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Warranty
We stand behind our work. All repair work is backed by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply separately.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled location
- Disclose any known issues or hazards relevant to the vehicle
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and keys are available at the time of service
- Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment
7. Limitation of Liability
Mobile Mecha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website at any time without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
