MobileMecha collects appointment details such as your name, contact information, vehicle information (including an optional VIN), problem descriptions, media availability, and requested service so we can review and confirm appointments. Photos or videos can be sent separately by text to help us understand the problem.

We do not sell personal information. Appointment information may be shared with technicians, payment providers, or service tools only when needed to provide service.

When analytics is configured, the site may record page paths, button interactions, referring pages, and campaign parameters. Analytics events do not include form names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle details, or service addresses.

When you submit a customer review, we store your chosen display name, rating, review, optional service, and permission to publish. Approved reviews appear on our website. Optional contact details stay private and are used only for review follow-up. We check every rating for spam and private information before publication. To limit spam, we store a keyed hash of the submitting connection's IP address; our reviews database does not store the raw IP address. Contact us to request correction or removal of your review.
